手机机身轮廓分段定位检测方法研究

摘  要:在手机生产制造过程中,手机机身轮廓定位精度是保证机械手自动加工与装配质量的关键因素。针对大屏手机轮廓视觉检测中存在的视野过大问题,提出了一种轮廓分段定位检测方法。检测系统由运动控制平台、工业面阵相机、光学镜头、可调节光源和图像处理器构成。系统通过运动控制平台的移动,分时分步获取手机机身上、中、下三部分的图像。采用局部标定法,获取电荷藕合器件图像传感器(CCD)图像坐标系与加工平台坐标系之间的转换关系。采用拉普拉斯高斯(LoG)算子对手机边框的边缘进行平滑和检测,借助卡尺找点工具获取三部分图像的轮廓的基准点,拼接成完整的闭合轮廓。依据合格样本图像建立边框模板,采用最小二乘法进行模板匹配。试验表明,该方法可以将手机机身轮廓检测误差控制在0. 001 mm以内。该方法具有非接触性、高效率的特点,适用于解决工业领域内的在线检测问题,应用前景广阔。In the manufacturing process of mobile phones,the precision of contour positioning is the key factor to ensure the manual/automatic machining and assembly quality of the manipulator.In order to solve the problem of too large visual field in contours visual detection for large screen mobile phones,a method of contour segmental positioning detection is proposed.The detection system consists of a motion control platform,an industrial array camera,an optical lens,an adjustable light source and an image processor.Through the movement of the motion control platform,the system can obtain the images of three parts the mobile phone body.The local calibration method is used to obtain the conversion relationship between the charge coupled device(CCD)image coordinate system and the machining platform coordinate system.Laplacian of Gaussian(LoG)operator is used to smooth and detect the edges of the phone's border,and the reference points of the contour of the three-part image are obtained by using the caliper point finding tool,then the closure contour profile border is completed.Based on the qualified sample image to create templates,the system conducts the template matching by using the least square algorithm.The experiments show that this method can control the detection error up to of0.001mm.The system features the characteristics of non-contact and high efficiency.It is suitable to solve the problem of online detection in the industrial field and has a broad application prospect.
