摘  要:为解决煤制氢装置在生产过程中所面临的负荷多变、干扰多、滞后大、耦合严重、自动化程度较低等问题,提出了一种以多变量预测控制和专家控制为核心的先进控制策略,以满足生产过程的产品质量、物料平衡和能量平衡的控制要求。先进控制系统采用浙江中控自主研发的APC-Suite软件,同时结合工艺计算进行建模和控制器设计,实现了装置全流程的控制优化。先进控制系统的应用,有效提高了工艺参数的平稳性,降低了装置物耗、能耗。To solve the problems that the coal to hydrogen plant faces in the production process,such as varying load,big disturbances,large lag,serious coupling,and low automation level,etc.,an advanced process control scheme based on multivariable predictive control and expert control has been presented,to meet the control requirements of product quality,material balance and energy balance in the production process.The APC-Suite software independently developed by Zhejiang SUPCON is adopted in advanced process control system,and modeling and controller design are conducted by combining the process calculations,thus the control optimization for whole process of the plant is realized.The application of advanced process control system effectively improved the smoothness of process parameters,and reduced the consumptions of materials and energy.
