摘 要:特定谐波消除(SHE)和特定谐波抑制(SHM)是目前大功率整流器常见的2种优化调制技术。相比较而言,SHM由于谐波在低频和高频均有分布,高次谐波含量相对较小,因此对滤波器的要求较低。研究了三电平整流器的SHM方法,基于相电压波形的谐波计算公式和最小脉宽要求建立了开关角度计算的约束条件,把电流总谐波畸变率作为优化目标,从而把SHM开关角度计算转化为非线性约束优化这一数学问题,可利用成熟算法求解。指出优化计算得到的开关角度存在不连续问题,通过把上一周期的计算结果加入当前周期优化计算的边界条件予以解决。最后,通过仿真验证了得到的开关角度能够有效抑制整流器电流谐波,使其不超过期望限值。Selective harmonic elimination(SHE)and specific harmonic mitigation(SHM)are two major optimum modulation methods for high power rectifiers.Comparatively,SHM requires smaller capacitor and inductor for filter as its high order harmonics is lower than SHE after it makes harmonics distributes at both low and high frequency.SHM method of three level rectifiers was studied.Inequalities of phase voltage harmonics computation and the minimum pulse width requirements were used as constraints.Total harmonic distortion of current was used as optimal object.Then,the switching angles computation was converted to nonlinear constraint optimum problem,and could be resolved by some well-known algorithms.Discontinuity problem of the resolution was proposed and improved by adding the results of last step into boundaries for computation of current step.Finally,simulation results verify that cu
