清热滋阴解毒法对急性口腔炎患者表皮生长因子、炎症因子和生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清热滋阴解毒法对急性口腔炎患者表皮生长因子、炎症因子和生存质量的影响。方法将90例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组常规西医治疗,观察组加用口服清热滋阴解毒方。2周后评价疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组71.11%(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分、炎症因子水平低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组EGF水平、生存质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论清热滋阴解毒法治疗急性口腔炎疗效明确,可降低中医证候积分,降低炎症因子水平,改善患者生存质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingre Ziyin Jiedu method on epidermal growth factor,inflammatory factors and quality of life of patients with acute stomatitis.Methods:90patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table,45cases in each.The control group received routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was added Qingre Ziyin Jiedu Decoction.The curative effect was evaluated after2weeks.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was91.11%,higher than that of the control group71.11%(P<0.05).TCM symptoms scores and the level of inflammatory factors of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).EGF level and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Qingre Ziyin Jiedu method has a specific curative effect on acute stomatitis,and can reduce the integral of TCM syndrome,decrease the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the quality of life of patients.
