踝三针治疗中风后足内翻临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价以足临泣为主穴的踝三针治疗轻中度中风后足内翻的临床有效性。方法患者60例随机分为观察组(踝三针组)和对照组(丘墟透照海组),治疗3个疗程;比较两组治疗前后的临床效果。采用改良Tardieu量表评定下肢痉挛程度;Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表评定下肢的运动功能;足内翻角反应足内翻纠正情况。结果各量表评级、评分显示:组内比较,两组治疗前、后疗效差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05或P <0.01);组间比较,治疗后两组疗效差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。结论踝三针可以有效改善轻中度中风后足内翻患者的临床症状且安全、便于操作。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of giving acupuncture on Ankle-three-needle treatment which give the first place to Tsulinch'i for light and moderate strephenopodia after stroke.Methods:60cases were divided into two groups.The control group was given treatment at Qiuxu through to Zhaohai;and the observation group was given treatment at ankle-three-needle.the clinical effect of two groups before and after treatment were compared.The motor function of lower limbs was assessed by Fugl-Meyer motor function scale,and the correction of the foot varus was assessed by foot varus angle.Results:For the comparison within group,scores after treatment was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05or P<0.01).And the comparison between groups,scores after treatment was statistically not significant compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of the patients with light and moderate strephenopodia after stroke can be effectively improved by giving acupuncture treatment Ankle-three-needle.
