隐形义齿修复在后牙缺失患者中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨隐形义齿修复在后牙缺失患者中的临床价值。方法选取本院口腔科2012年9月至2013年9月间修复治疗的后牙缺失患者136例为研究对象,分为两组,观察组70例,采用隐形义齿修复;对照组66例采用铸造支架修复。修复后随访18个月,比较两组患者的成功率、咀嚼功能、并发症、依从性及生活质量。结果观察组修复成功率、咀嚼功能良好率、总依从率、生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论隐形义齿用于后牙缺失修复中能够在确保修复效果和依从性的基础上降低并发症发生率,提升咀嚼功能,改善其生活质量,具有重要的推广价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of recessive artificial teeth repair for patients with posterior teeth loss.Methods A total of136patients with posterior teeth loss in our hospital from September2012to September2013were selected as the objects.There were70patients in the observation group who accepted recessive artificial teeth repair and there were66patients in the control group who accepted casting frame repair.The patients were followed up for18months,the success rate,masticatory function,incidence of complications,compliance and quality of life data were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate,masticatory function,compliance and quality of life were better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The recessive artificial teeth repair can reduce the incidence of complications on the basis of ensuring the repairing effect and compliance,improve masticatory function and quality of life,and has important popularization value.
