基于应用型人才培养的金融学本科毕业论文改革——以中南林业科技大学为例

摘　　要：针对本科毕业论文质量逐年下降这一现象,以中南林业科技大学金融学专业为例,从学生、老师、学校管理三方面剖析原因,并提出相应的改革措施,包括:提高学生对毕业论文重要性的认识;进行教学改革,加强能力培养;引进行业专家,提高校内师资水平;明确各方职责,严格执行规章制度。In recent years,the quality of graduation thesis has been decreasing year by year.Taking the Finance major of Central South University of Forestry and Technology as an example,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of students,teachers and the school.And corresponding reform measures are put forward,including:improving the students'understanding of the importance of graduation thesis;reforming teaching and paying attention to ability training;introducing external tutors and improving the quality of teachers;making clear responsibilities and strictly following the rules and regulations.
