成人远程教育学生管理工作存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育逐渐趋向于大众化发展,国家及有关部门为更好地规范成人教育市场,针对现有的成人教育颁布了一系列明文规定。基于此,本文将成人远程教育学生管理中存在的问题设定为主要切入点,并就提升学生管理有效性提出几点建议,以期为相关教育工作者提供帮助。As China's higher education gradually tends to be popularized,the State and relevant departments have issued a series of explicit provisions for the existing adult education in order to better regulate the adult education market.Based on this,this paper sets the problems in the student management of adult distance education as the main entry point,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the effectiveness of student management,in order to provide assistance to relevant educators.
