大学英语分级教学中如何体现教与学的公平性探究

摘  要:分级教学目前已经成为了一个主流的趋势,尤其是在大学英语教学中,实现分级教学具有重大意义。但是,从另一个层面来讲,教学做出分级,可能导致教与学的公平性受到影响。对此,本文首先分析了分级教学的内涵以及在大学英语教学中施行的意义,然后探讨了分级教学对教与学公平性产生的具体影响,最后提出了一些可以促进教与学公平的方法建议,希望可以给高校英语教师提供一些参考。Graded teaching has become a mainstream trend.Especially in college English teaching,it is of great significance to achieve graded teaching.However,on another level,the grading of teaching may impact the fairness of teaching and learning.In this regard,this paper first analyzes the connotation of graded teaching and the significance of its implementation in college English teaching,then discusses the specific impact of graded teaching on the fairness of teaching and learning,and finally puts forward some suggestions for ways to promote the fairness of teaching and learning,hoping to provide some reference for college English teachers.
