摘 要:合成了一系列不同羟值的Span 80,采用乌氏黏度计测定了Span 80和Span 80-机械油二元体系在不同温度下的运动黏度。结果表明,在313~373 K范围内,Span 80的运动黏度随温度升高呈指数型降低,不同羟值的Span 80的黏度随羟值的增大几乎呈指数型增长;在303~353 K范围内,不同配比的Span 80-机械油二元体系的运动黏度随Span 80浓度的增加而增大,其二者混合黏度变化(Δη)为负值,在Span 80摩尔占比为0.6处出现极小值。不同温度下的Δη与组成按照Redlich-Kister方程进行了关联,平均偏差(AD)和标准偏差(SD)均较小,表明应用此方程关联比较合理。A series of Span80with different hydroxyl values were synthesized.The kinematic viscosity of Span80 and Span80-mechanical oil binary system at different temperatures were measured by Ubbelohde viscomete.The results showed that the kinematic viscosity of Span80 decreased exponentially with increasing temperature in the range of 313~373K.The viscosity of Span80 with different hydroxyl values almost increased exponentially with the increase of hydroxyl value.In the range of 303~353K,the kinematic viscosity of the binary system of Span80-mechanical oil increased with the increase of Span80concentration,and the mixed viscosity changes value(Δη)was negatived,and a minimum value appeared when the molar ratio of Span80was0.6.TheΔηand composition of the binary system at different temperatures were correlated according to Redlich-Kister equation.Both the average deviation(AD)and the standard deviation(SD)were small,indicated that it was reasonable to apply this equation to fit the system.
