正畸矫治后压膜保持器和Hawley保持器的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较压膜保持器和Hawley保持器的临床正畸保持疗效。方法选择临床上正畸矫治结束病例76例,随机分为A组(压膜保持器组)和B组(Hawley保持器组),每组38例;在治疗后12个月时取上下颌硅橡胶印膜,制取石膏模型,分别测量上下颌尖牙宽度、磨牙宽度、覆合、覆盖以及前牙不整齐指数。结果两种保持器在上下前牙不整齐指数变化方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在上下颌宽度变化,磨牙宽度变化及覆合、覆盖变化方面差异无统计学意义。结论在正畸保持阶段,压膜保持器在保持上下颌前牙位置要优于传统Hawley保持器。其他方面两者疗效基本一致。Objective To compare the clinical effectiveness of vacuum formed retainers and Hawley retainers over12-month period of retention.Methods Seventy-six patients who had received treatment with fixed appliance were divided into vacuum formed retainer group(A)and Hawley retainer group(B).The retainment effect was observed for12months.Eight variables were measured,these were upper and lower intermolar widths,intercanine widths,overbite,overjet,Little's index of irregularity.Results There were significantly greater changes in irregularity of the incisors in the Hawley group than in the Vacuum formed group at12months(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between others(P>0.05).Conclusion Vacuum formed retainers are more effective than Hawley retainers at holding the correction of the maxillary and mandibular labial segments.
