摘　　要：期刊配图的编辑加工与排版是期刊出版的重要环节。当前高校学报自然科学论文配图中存在政治意识不强、与文字表述重复、图文比例失当、与技术不符等方面的问题。为了充分发挥配图的有效作用,期刊编辑要强化政治意识,树立严把配图质量观的理念,精选优选配图,并不断提高自己的鉴赏水平和业务能力,积极指导作者和排版人员选择合适的绘图工具,运用娴熟的制作技巧,绘制完美、简洁、可读性强的配图,提升期刊出版质量。It is the very important link to illustrate the arrangement and making of periodicals for periodical publishing.Nowadays there are some problems in illustration’s arrangement and making of natural science papers,such as weak political consciousness,repeated expression,inappropriate proportion between pictures and texts and non-standard technology.In order to fully play the effective role of illustration’s matching,periodical editors should reinforce political consciousness,establish the concept of strict quality view of illustration’s matching,carefully select and optimize illustration’s matching,and constantly improve their appreciation level and professional ability,and actively guide authors and typesetters to select appropriate drawing tools.Hence,the skilled production techniques should be used to make perfect,concise and readable illustration to improve the quality of periodical publishing.
