摘　　要：目的总结分析同种异体松质骨修复颌骨囊肿术后骨缺损的方法、效果及注意事项。方法从2013年11月至2017年8月,选取在我科住院的30例颌骨囊肿患者。颌骨囊肿刮治术后,对遗留的骨腔进行同种异体松质骨小块植入修复,观察术后伤口及骨腔愈合情况。结果上颌骨囊肿植骨20例,无1例发生感染。下颌骨囊肿10例,3例发生感染,感染率为30%,1例拆线后伤口裂开。结论同种异体松质骨小块植骨修复颌骨囊肿摘除后骨缺损,对于上颌骨囊肿效果良好,建议推广使用。对于下颌骨囊肿,伤口感染风险高,应用需谨慎。Objective To analyze the method,effects and attention of allogeneic cancellous bone used in repairing bone defect after the operation of jaw cyst.Methods From Nov2013to Aug2017,30patients with jaw cysts were selected from the inpatients of our department,the bone defect after the operation was repaired by allogeneic cancellous bone and the healing was observed.Results In20cases of maxillary bone cysts,there was not1case of infection.In10cases of mandibular bone cysts,there were3cases of infection and the infection rate was30%,and1case was found the wound opened after remove the suture.Conclusion The repairing of bone defect in maxillary bone cyst with allogeneic cancellous bone was received the good effect.It is recommended to wide application.However,for mandibular bone cysts,the risk of wound infection is high and the application should be cautious.
