摘  要:将以核桃壳为原料制备活性炭的技术引入到实验教学中。该实验涵盖活性炭的制备、表征及吸附性能测试等知识点;重点考察了活化剂种类、活化剂KOH与炭化料质量比及活化时间对活性炭吸附亚甲基蓝能力的影响。该实验内容丰富、覆盖面广、可操作性强、与生活实际联系紧密,能够激发学生的学习热情和兴趣;对学生动手能力、应用能力、创新能力和科研素养的培养也有很好的促进作用。The technology of preparing the active carbon from the walnut shell as the raw material is introduced into the experimental teaching,and this experiment covers the knowledge points about the preparation,characterization and adsorption properties of the active carbon.The effects of the types of activator,the mass ratio of the activator KOH to carbide and the activation time on the adsorption capacity of the active carbon for methylene blue are investigated.This experiment is rich in content,wide in coverage,strong in operability and closely related to the reality of life,which can stimulate students’enthusiasm and interest in learning.It can also promote the training of students’practical ability,application ability,innovative ability and scientific research literacy.
