摘　　要：应用信息化技术,建立试剂材料信息管理系统,实现统一采购试剂材料。试剂系统在建立课题组、设置审批流程、自动审核、非注册供货商采购、大额采购审批等方面增加了新设置及新功能。通过系统可以严格审核供货商资质、规范审批流程、统计采购数据,从而加强化学安全管理,逐步实现危化品的全流程管理。全新的试剂材料采购模式也促进了安全管理制度的完善,使安全管理制度建设同步发展。The information technology is applied to the establishment of the reagent material information management system to achieve the unified procurement of reagent materials.The new settings and functions have been added to the reagent management system in terms of establishment of the research group,examination and approval process,automatic auditing,non-registered supplier procurement and large-scale procurement approval.Through this system,the supplier qualification can be checked strictly,approval process can be standardized,and procurement data can be counted so as to strengthen the chemical safety management and gradually realize the whole process management of dangerous chemicals.The new procurement mode of the reagent materials also promotes the perfection of the safety management system so as to make the construction of the safety management system develop synchronously.
