摘　　要：高效液相色谱柱是色谱系统的核心部件。为规范色谱柱的使用,提高使用效能,提升色谱实验室管理水平,该文对色谱柱储存、使用和维护三个方面的管理方法进行探讨归纳,总结出较为全面的色谱柱管理办法,以期形成系统科学的实验室色谱柱管理体系,并为色谱工作者提供参考和借鉴。HPLC(high-performance liquid chromatography)column is the core component of chromatography system.In order to standardize the usage of the chromatographic column,improve its efficiency and raise the management level of the chromatographic laboratory,this paper discusses and summarizes the management methods of the storage,usage and maintenance of the chromatographic column.A comprehensive management method of the chromatographic columns is summarized in order to form a systematic and scientific laboratory chromatographic column management system and provide some reference for chromatographers.
