内窥镜与提拉带辅助小切口行额颞部除皱术的效果比较

摘　　要：目的探究内窥镜小切口与提拉带辅助小切口额颞部除皱术在上面部除皱术中的美容效果。方法选取86例行上面部除皱术美容者为受试对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组实施内窥镜小切口额颞部除皱术,观察组则采取提拉带辅助小切口额颞部除皱术。分别在术后1 w、2个月、6个月、1年时,比较两组提眉距离变化及术后1年并发症发生率。结果术后2个月、6个月、1年时,两组提眉距离与术后1 w时比较均无显著变化(P> 0.05),组间比较亦无明显差异(P>0.05)。术后1年内,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论提拉带辅助小切口额颞部除皱术治疗上面部松弛效果与内窥镜小切口除皱术相当,但前者术后并发症较低,有较高临床应用价值。Objective To explore the cosmetic effects of endoscopic small incision and lifting auxiliary small incision frontotemporal rhytidectomy in upper facial rhytidectomy. Methods A total of 86 persons to receive upper facial rhytidectomy were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group( n=43, respectively). The control group received endoscopic small incision frontotemporal rhytidectomy, and the observation group received lifting auxiliary small incision frontotemporal rhytidectomy. The changes in eyebrow-lifting distance one week, two months, six months and one year after the operation and the incidence of complications within one year after the operation were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant changes in the eyebrow-lifting distance between two months, six months and one year after the operation and one week after the operation(P > 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). One year after the operation, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0.05).Conclusion Lifting auxiliary small incision frontotemporal rhytidectomy has effects equivalent to endoscopic small incision rhytidectomy in the treatment of upper face relaxation. However, the former has lower incidence of complications and higher clinical application value.
