摘　　要：构建大学生创新创业人才培育平台,是目前社会发展与大学生创新创业教育的需要。河南牧业经济学院动物科技学院创新创业人才培养平台的核心内容包括围绕一个平台、抓住两面接合、设定三层架构、执行四年培养、开展五类项目,实施大学生创新创业人才的个性化培养。以创新创业比赛、大学生创新创业项目、创新创业导师团队等为抓手,实施个性化的双创教育,发掘学生的创新创业潜能,培养具有创新创业能力的人才。Building a platform for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents of college students is the need of current social development and of innovation and entrepreneursip education of college students.The core contents of the innovative and entrepreneurial talents training platform of college of animal science and technology in Henan University of Animal Husbandry&Economy include centering on one platform,grasping the connection between two sides,setting up a three-tier framework,carrying out four years'training,conducting five types of projects,and implementing college students'individualized training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.With innovation and entrepreneurship competition,college students'innovation and entrepreneurship project,innovation and entrepreneurship mentor team as the starting points,it implements personalized innovation and entrepreneurship education,explore students'innovation and entrepreneurship potential,and cultivate talents with innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
