摘　　要：本文采用以大学为让与人的专利交易数据,基于大学体制、声誉、是否获得专项建设支持,并考虑地域差异,从克服省域界限能力以及地理辐射范围两方面针对大学技术转移的特点进行了研究,发现技术转移辐射半径具有"合理"的范围,且大学体制、声誉和专项建设支持都是影响大学技术转移能力的显著因素。同时,东中西部地区大学具有不同的技术转移特点:东部地区大学倾向于省内转移,西部地区大学更倾向于跨省转移。据此,为了更好地促进大学的研究成果转化,应考虑地域特点,基于产业地理规划合理布局大学资源。Universities play important roles in the economy and society,and are important components of the national innovation system.Studying the characteristics of industrial transfer of university research results is great significance to optimize the Industry-University-Research cooperation.This paper adopts the university patent transaction data,try to find out whether the type,reputation,special supports are the important factors affecting university technology transfer in different areas of China.The ability of university technology transfer shows in two ways:the geographical radiation ability to overcome the provincial boundaries or inter provincial trade.We find that type,reputation and special construction support are significant factors affecting university technology transfer ability,and the eastern and western university technology transfer has the different characteristics.Eastern universities tend to transfer inter the province,western regions tend to transfer to other provinces.In order to better promote the transformation of university research,we should take into account the geographical characteristics and the university resources based on the rational distribution of industries.
