摘 要:目的:探讨功能学磁共振对乳腺癌筛查的意义。方法:选取活检确诊乳腺癌患者300例,随机分为两组,观察组应用功能学磁共振诊断,对照组应用钼靶诊断,对比两种方式诊断准确率。结果:观察组确诊良性33例,确诊恶性69例,对照组确诊良性47例,确诊恶性61例,观察组诊断准确率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5. 128,P <0. 05)。结论:磁共振筛查乳腺癌的准确率要优于乳腺钼靶,钼靶检查可以用来进行初期筛查,临床上应当根据患者的具体情况选择检查方式,从而降低患者的致死率以及致残率。Objective To explore the significance of functional magnetic resonance imaging( MRI) in screening breast cancer. Method 300 cases of breast cancer diagnosed by biopsy were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was diagnosed by functional magnetic resonance( MRI),the control group was diagnosed by molybdenum target,and the diagnostic accuracy was compared with the two methods. Results In the study group,33 cases were benign,69 were diagnosed as malignant,47 were benign in the control group and 61 were diagnosed as malignant. The diagnostic accuracy of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group( χ^2= 5. 128,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The accuracy of magnetic resonance screening for breast cancer is better than mammography,and molybdenum target examination can be used for early screening. It should be selected according to the specific conditions of the patients,so as to reduce the mortality and disability rate of the patients.
