高压氧辅助治疗脑膜瘤术后脑水肿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧辅助治疗脑膜瘤术后脑水肿的效果。方法选择2012年1月—2018年3月于我院行脑膜瘤手术的患者68例作为研究对象。采用随机数表法,将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各34例。对照组术后常规给予营养神经、脱水、抗生素与止血等药物。研究组在此基础上,采用高压氧治疗。观察对比两组术后不同时间点(术后3天、7天、14天)脑水肿体积的变化,以及术前与术后3个月时的日常生活活动能力。结果术后7天、14天时,研究组脑水肿体积为(27.2±2.2)cm^3、(14.5±2.0)cm^3,分别低于对照组的(31.6±2.5)cm^3、(25.0±3.8)cm^3,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组术后Barthel指数为(69.2±5.6)分,高于对照组的(58.5±5.5)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论高压氧辅助治疗可以促使脑膜瘤术后脑水肿消退,保证患者神经功能的恢复效果。Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on cerebral edema after meningioma operation.Methods68patients who underwent meningioma surgery in our hospital from January2012to March2018were selected as the study subjects.Random number table method was used to divide them into control group and research group,34cases in each group.The control group was given nutritional nerve,dehydration,antibiotics and hemostasis after operation.On this basis,the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen.The volume changes of brain edema at different time points(3days,7days and14days after operation)and the activities of daily living before and3months after operation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After7days and14days,the volume of brain edema(27.2±2.2)cm3and(14.5±2.0)cm3in the study group were lower than those of the control group(31.6±2.5)cm3and(25±3.8)cm3,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index of the study group(69.2±5.6)points was higher than that of the control group(58.5±5.5)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen adjuvant therapy can promote the regression of brain edema after meningioma surgery and ensure the recovery of neurological function.
