十一味参芪片对急性白血病患者生存质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨十一味参芪片参对急性白血病患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2012年1月—2016年12月在我院收治的获得完全缓解(CR)的急性白血病患者40例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。观察组采用十一味参芪片联合化疗治疗,对照组采用单纯化治疗。采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表比较两组患者化疗前后生存质量,主要包括心理状态、症状感觉、社会功能和自我评分4个方面。结果观察组在症状感觉、心理状态及自我总评分等方面的生存质量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论十一味参芪片能改善急性白血病患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of eleven-flavor shenqi tablets on the quality of life of patients with acute leukemia.Methods40patients with acute leukemia who received complete remission(CR)in our hospital from January2012to December2016were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with eleven-flavor shenqi tablets combined with chemotherapy.The control group was treated with simplified therapy.The quality of life(QOL)of the two groups before and after chemotherapy was compared with the World Health Organization(WHO)QOL scale,which included psychological status,symptoms,social function and self-evaluation.Results The quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group in the aspects of symptom feeling,psychological state and self-total score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SYWSQP can improve the quality of life of patients with acute leukemia.
