晚期前列腺癌采用间歇性雄激素阻断治疗临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的讨论晚期前列腺癌采用间歇性雄激素阻断治疗的临床疗效。方法于2015年3月-2018年5月,选取我院的60例晚期前列腺癌患者作为本文的研究对象,以患者接受雄激素阻断治疗方式的不同随机分为对照组(持续性雄激素阻断治疗)与研究组(间歇性雄激素阻断治疗),评价标准:疾病进展时间、生活质量、不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者的疾病进展时间指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的各项生活质量指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者发生不良反应发生率的26.67%,明显低于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间歇性雄激素阻断治疗具有临床疗效好,不良反应发生几率低的特点,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of intermittent androgen blockade on advanced prostate cancer.Methods From March2015to May2018,selected from60cases of advanced prostate cancer patients as the research object of this article,and then the different way of patients receiing androgen depriation therapy to the60patients were randomly divided into control group(continuous androgen depriation therapy)and group(intermittent androgen depriation therapy),evaluation standard,time,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions of disease progression.Results The time of disease progression of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the study group was26.67%,which was significantly lower than70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent androgen block therapy has good clinical effect and low occurrence rate of adverse reactions.
