摘　　要：随着新发展理念的提出,创新创业成为建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑,在创业主体越来越年轻化、专业化、知识化的趋势下,大学生迅速成为创业生力军。本文运用SWOT分析法对新发展理念背景下大学生创业的内外部影响因素进行分析,绘制矩阵图,探索不同时空坐标下大学生创业的"劣势—机会(WO)策略"组合,营造良好环境,提升大学生创业动力和综合素质,促进大学生创新创业发展。Premier Li Keqiang proposed the slogan of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,which make“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”attract public attention.So it is vital that how to promote the sound development of college students entrepreneurship in the healthy environment which created by“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”.This article uses SWOT analysis method to analyze internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats of the college students entrepreneurship,and develop a“weakness-opportunity”(WO)strategy,putting forward some solutions and proposals.
