摘  要:苏格拉底、柏拉图主张的"灵魂"概念,与现代人语境中的"精神""心灵"基本同义,是生命中最为宝贵的部分和人最为真实的存在,具有知情意作用和自我克制能力。然而灵魂一旦与肉体结合,极易使人沉湎于感觉欲望和种种非理性的纠缠。柏拉图因而呼吁人应当:"关怀灵魂""自我检查";明辨善恶,正确评价苦乐,使灵魂保持健康运行;控制情欲,达到自我克制。在"善"的引导下,通过理智学习,达到"转向灵魂"。柏拉图对人性的缜密考察和对生命善良的疾呼,或可视为引导现代人寻求真实生命的指路明灯,以及开展生命教育的理论镜鉴。the concept of“soul”advocated by Plato is synonymous with“spirit”and“soul”in the context of modern people.It is the most precious part of life and the most real existence of human beings.It has the function of knowing affection and the ability of self-restraint.However,once the soul is combined with the body,it is easy for people to indulge in the entanglement of sensory desire and various irrationality.Plato therefore called on people to“care for the soul”,“self examination”;Distinguish between good and evil,correctly evaluate pain and happiness,so as to keep the soul running healthily;Control the lust,achieve self-restraint.Under the guidance of“goodness”,“turning to the soul”can be achieved through the study of reason.Plato's careful investigation of human nature and his appeal for the goodness of life may be regarded as the guiding light for modern people to seek for real life and the theoretical mirror of life education.
