大学生群体性事件的演变机制和破解路径研究

摘　　要：文章从社会价值的辐射、学校管理的疏漏以及学生认知的失调等多维度加强对大学生群体性事件的原因剖析,以"熟人社会"、"理性经济人"、"集体行动逻辑"为理论支撑探寻大学生群体性事件的演变机理,以期通过大学生价值观重塑、公共责任的回归、高校治理模式的重构、学生心理疏导和教育体系的建立、利益保障和诉求机制的健全等路径,对构建秩序稳定、生态健康的校园环境有所裨益。Social change and institutional transition have brought about a combination of uncertainty,complexity and variability.In the era of big data,a diversity of ideas collide with each other drastically.The unbalanced allocation of educational resources and the lag of matching reform measures aggravate college students’sense of discomfort and pain.Occasional campus incidents may lead to the“collective irresponsibility”.And the stimulus of direct factors or the obstruction in the channel of interest appeals can easily result in large-scale and sudden mass disturbances of college students.This article analyzes the reasons of mass disturbances from the radiation of social value,the omission of school management and the misalignment of students’cognition and explores the evolution mechanism of college students’mass disturbances on the theory of“acquaintance society”,“rational economic man”and“collective action logic”.Hence it is hoped that a stable and ecologically healthy campus environment will be established through the remolding of values,the return of public responsibility,the reconstruction of university governance model,the construction of a system of psychological guidance and the education for students and the improvement of mechanism in the protection of and demand for the interests.
