摘　　要：石头口门水库是吉林省省会长春市的主要饮用水源地之一,水源地保护与水源地所在地的经济发展之间存在矛盾。本文以石头口门水库生活饮用水源地一、二级保护区为研究对象,以生态补偿的理论为基础,从不同角度对生态补偿标准进行核算并确定补偿标准,提出水源地生态补偿的保障机制。Shitukoumen reservoir is one of the main drinking water sources in Changchun,the capital of Jilin Province.However,there are contradictions between the protection of water source and the economic develop-ment of water source area.Based on the theory of ecological compensation,the compensation standards for drink-ing water reserve of the first and second class were calculated and established from different perspectives,and the safeguard mechanism for implementation of the compensation was also put forward.
