摘　　要：张燕生教授是北京市第四批名老中医,在40多年的医疗、教学和科研实践中,积累了丰富的治疗肛肠疾病的经验,传承之上多有个人发挥,颇有独到之处。在临证治疗肛肠疾病方面:(1)仔细考证,名正法随:对于疾病病名,定要追本溯源,只有明确与古籍相对应的疾病名称,才能正确地从古书中参详学习,才能更好地继承和发扬,取得临床疗效。认为溃疡性结肠炎中医病名当属"肠痈"范畴。(2)辨病辨证,注重局部:指出临床诊病,当先辨病,再辨证,辨病是基础。临证中除了整体辨证,非常注重局部辨证,认为中医外科临床辨证局部辨证是关键。(3)治从三法,尤重托法:临床诊治肛肠科疾病遵从消、托、补三法,认为托法在外科治疗中处于中坚地位,托与消法合用,可以增强消法的功效;托与补法合用,能加强托毒外出。(4)衷中参西,注重外治:治疗肛肠疾病强调局部外治,善于运用中药煎汤肛门熏洗治疗,使药物直达病所发挥疗效。(5)未病先防,重视调摄:非常重视对患者科普宣传,让患者能够进行自身调护,在平时的生活中重视和加强正确的生活方式。Prof.Zhang Yansheng is the famous veteran of TCM in the fourth-batch list in Beijing and has been engaged in medical treatment,teaching and research for over40years.He has accumulated rich experiences in the treatment of anorectal diseases with the integration of the academic inheritance and his unique understanding.1.Tracing the origin of the disease and determining the name of disease:it is believed that ulcerative colitis is in the category of intestinal abscess in TCM and the clinical effects are achieved by learning the records in ancient literatures.2.Identifying disease before differentiating the symptoms:the overall differentiation and local identification of symptoms are equally important.It is thought that the local differentiation is especially important in clinical treatment of surgical diseases in TCM.3.Predomination of the supporting method:for the anorectal diseases,three methods,named eliminating,supporting and tonifying,should be abided by.It is believed that the supporting method is especially important in the treatment of surgical disease.The combination of the supporting method and the eliminating method enhances the removal effect.The combination of the supporting method and the reinforcing method intensifies the toxin elimination.4.In reference to western medicine and focusing the external treatment:the local external application is important in the treatment of anorectal disease.The Chinese herbal fumigation in the affected area directs the herbal action to the lesion and achieves the good effects.5.Paying attention to prevention and regulation:the self-regulation is very important in the disease prevention.The patients should pay attention to the correct living style in daily activity.
