摘　　要：青年学生的价值观关系到国家未来的价值取向,高校辅导员作为引领学生思想工作的重要人员,任务艰巨,要不断加强自身修养,提高思想境界,同时还要深入理论学习,增加工作自信,在工作中寻找学生成长规律,注重思想引领和因材施教,努力培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。The values of young students determine the future values of the country.As an important person who struggles to lead the work in the front line of students'thinking,college counselors have an arduous task.They must constantly strengthen their self-cultivation and improve their ideological realm.At the same time,they must deepen their theoretical study and increase their work confi dence.Looking for the law of student growth,and then teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,Cultivate socialist qualifi ed builders and reliable successors.
