摘  要:文章针对传统的磁悬浮列车能源消耗大、载荷容量小、安装局限大等不足,为解决这些不足,设计了一种双层结构的可控磁悬浮小车。利用小车的双层空间解决载荷问题,采用架空轨道安装方式改善安装局限性。该小车采用磁铁"同极相斥"原理实现小车的悬浮;用六臂全桥驱动电路驱动微型自制直线电机使小车前进;采用ESP32芯片作为主控芯片,实现了对双层磁悬浮小车的控制,利用网页技术进行操作管理,搭建了操作简单的人机交互界面。经测试,可控双层磁悬浮小车能较好地实现悬浮、控制、驱动等功能。可控双层磁悬浮小车不仅远程操作方便,而且负载能力强,局限性小,达到了理想的效果。In order to solve these deficiencies,a two-layer controllable magnetic levitation vehicle is designed to overcome the shortcomings of traditional magnetic levitation trains such as high energy consumption,small load capacity,and large installation limitations.Use the double-space of the vehicle to solve the load problem and use the overhead rail installation method to improve the installation limitations.The vehicle adopts the principle of“same pole repulsion”magnet to realize the levitation of the vehicle;the six-arm full-bridge drive circuit drives the self-made linear motor to advance the vehicle,the ESP32 chip is used as the main control chip to realize the control of the double-layer magnetic levitation vehicle.The use of web technology for operation management,set up a simple humancomputer interaction interface.After testing,the controllable double-layer magnetic levitation vehicle can well realize functions such as levitation,control and driving.The controllable double-layer magnetic levitation vehicle is not only convenient for remote operation,but also has strong load capacity and small limitations,and achieves an ideal effect.
