摘　　要：对中华优秀传统文化的继承与创新要以马克思主义理论为指导思想;坚持创造性转化、创新性发展和科学"扬弃"的原则,反对历史虚无主义、复古主义、功利主义错误倾向;赋予其具有时代内涵的价值表述、话语形式的转换方式;学习借鉴中华优秀传统文化中与时俱进的思想,在继承与创新中转化发展。Guided by theories of Marxism,principles of inheriting and innovating Chinese excellent traditional culture should follow the rules of creative transformation,innovative development and scientific“spurn”,but with no preference for historical nihilism,revivalism,utilitarianism.Meanwhile,these principles should be extended with the values of this new era and the transformation of discourse forms,when ideas of excellent Chinese traditional culture like keeping pace with time should be learnt to improve these principles,and thus it could be promoted in the circumstances of inheriting and innovating.
