摘 要:车牌定位作为车牌识别系统的关键环节之一,是后续车牌字符准确分割与识别的基础。针对单一定位方法存在的问题,提出一种基于形态学与区域分析的车牌定位方法。首先对车牌图像进行预处理;然后运用数学形态学处理获得车牌候选区域;最后,对候选区域进行分析,提取精确的车牌区域。实验结果表明,该方法精度高,速度快,鲁棒性好。As one of the key links for the license plate recognition system,it is the basis of the accurate segmentation and recognition of subsequent license plate characters.Aiming at the problems of single location method,this paper presents a method of license plate location based on morphology and region analysis.Firstly,the license plate image is preprocessed,and then the candidate region is obtained by mathematical morphology processing.Finally,the candidate region is analyzed and the exact license plate region is extracted.Experimental results show that the method has the feature of high accuracy,fast speed and good robustness.
