摘　　要：针对RV减速器的各种性能及精度的试验检测,研制了RV减速器综合性能试验台,可完成传动精度、扭转刚度、背隙、启动停止转矩及空载摩擦转矩等项目测试。试验台基于光、机、电等先进测量技术,提出了光栅高频细分、精密装配和误差补偿等专有技术,实现了高达1″的高精度测量和多性能综合测量,并实现了系列化。通过用户使用验证,完全满足工程试验测试需求。Aiming at the test detection of the performance and accuracy of RV reducer,a comprehensive performance test bench,which can complete the detection of transmission accuracy,torsional stiffness,backlash,friction torque and no-load start stop torque is developed.The test bench based on optical,mechanical,electrical and other advanced measurement technology,the grating high frequency subdivision,precision assembly and error compensation and other proprietary technology are proposed,the1″high-precision measurement and multi-performance integrated measurement and the serialization are realized.Through user verification,the bench fully meets the requirements of engineering test.
