摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分。为培训学员掌握临床常见急危重症的处理技能,东直门医院ICU科在承担住院医师规范化培训工作过程中,不断总结带教经验,形成了一套具有ICU诊疗特色的培训体系,为制定ICU住院医师规范化培训标准打下基础。Resident standardized training is an important part of postgraduate education for medical students.In order to train the students to master the skills of clinical frequent emergency and severe treatment,ICU in Dongzhimen hospital,in the course of the standardized training of resident doctors,constantly summarizes the teaching experience,and forms a set of training system with the characteristics of ICU diagnosis and treatment,which lays the foundation for the formulation of standardized training standards for the ICU resident.
