沙参麦冬汤治疗晚期肺癌的价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析晚期肺癌应用沙参麦冬汤加减治疗的临床价值。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月收治的70例晚期肺癌患者为研究对象,摸球法分组,对照组35例应用GP方案治疗,研究组35例在对照组基础上联合沙参麦冬汤加减治疗,比较2组患者的总有效率、不良反应发生率及治疗后生活质量评分。结果研究组患者不良反应发生率为2.86%,低于对照组17.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.968,P<0.05),治疗前疼痛评分、生活质量评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者治疗后生活质量评分(92.4±3.7)分比对照组(90.1±2.6)分高,疼痛评分(3.2±0.4)分低于对照组(4.6±0.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期肺癌患者应用沙参麦冬汤加减治疗,患者临床疼痛症状改善显著,不良反应少,提高了患者生活质量,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of modified Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods Seventy patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into two groups.The control group(35 cases)was treated with GP regimen.The study group(35 cases)was treated with Shashen Maidong decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.86%,which was lower than 17.14%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(X2=3.968,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score and quality of life score before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of QOL in the study group(92.4±3.7)were higher than those in the control group(90.1±2.6),and the pain score(3.2±0.4)was lower than that in the control group(4.6±0.7).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of advanced lung cancer can significantly improve the clinical pain symptoms,has fewer adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of patients with value of promotion.
