摘 要:目的探讨CBL教学法在基础护理学理论教学中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法在我校2014级护理学本科专业中随机抽取2个班(每班60人)并分成两组,对照组采用传统讲授法,试验组采用CBL教学法。授课结束后通过问卷调查和期末考试成绩分析两种方式来评价CBL教学的应用效果。结果试验组的教学效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生的期末成绩、主观题成绩和优秀率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法在基础护理学理论教学中的应用效果优于传统讲授法。Objective:To study the application effect of CBL method in the theoretical teaching of fundamentals of nursing.Methods:120cases of grade2014nursing students in our college were selected by random sampling method,and then they were divided into the experimental group(60cases)and the control group(60cases).CBL teaching method was used to teach fundamental nursing in the experimental group,while traditional teaching method was adopted to teach fundamental nursing in the control group.After lectures,the combination of examination and questionnaire methods were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the two groups.Results:Both the subjective scores,excellent rates and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of CBL teaching method is better than that of the traditional teaching method.
