摘  要:科技成果转化已成为推动国家创新驱动发展的核心,作为科技创新的重要供给主体,高校在科技成果转化方面具有得天独厚的优势,但我国高校科技成果转化率却不容乐观,亟需探索影响科技成果转化的深层次原因及解决办法。因此,文章把握影响我国高校科技成果转化制度困境的焦点,以产权激励理论为基础,深入分析西南交通大学职务科技成果混合所有制改革模式、运行成效及存在的问题,进而围绕职务科技成果混合所有制改革为我国高校科技成果转化总结一定的借鉴经验,以提升我国高校科技成果转化率,促进我国创新驱动发展和创新型国家建设。At present,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has become the core of national innovation and development.As an important supplier of scientific and technological innovation,colleges have the unique superiority in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.But in recent years,the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements of colleges is not optimistic.It is urgent to explore the deep reasons and solutions that affect the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Therefore,this paper discusses the institutional difficulties that affect the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges,and analysis the reform pattern,operation effect and problems of the hybrid ownership of the S&T achievements,then put forward the referential significance of the hybrid ownership of the S&T achievements to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges,in order to promote the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements of colleges in China.
