摘　　要：在当前大众创业、万众创新的号召下,怎么培养出符合社会需求的创新创业型本科人才成为了一个重要的议题。目前的电子信息工程专业本科教育具有基础性、滞后性等特点,文章探索了以竞赛与项目为驱动的电子信息工程专业创新创业型人才培养模式,在培养方案框架内,以学科竞赛与科创项目为驱动,建立良好的创新生态环境,使学生将理论联系实践,具备初步的创新创业能力成为一种有益的探索。Under the call of public entrepreneurship and innovation,how to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in line with the needs of society has become an important issue.At present,the undergraduate education of electronic information engineering has the characteristics of basic and lagging characteristics.This paper explores the training mode of innovative entrepreneurship talents for electronic information engineering specialty driven by competition and project.In the framework of training program,to establish a good innovation ecological environment driven by the subject competition and the project,which enables students to connect theory with practice and have a preliminary ability to innovate and create a useful exploration.
