摘  要:采用热压烧结法制备了BaAl_2Si_2O_8/SiC复合材料,研究了烧结温度和BaAl_2Si_2O_8含量对BaAl_2Si_2O_8/SiC复合材料显微结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着BaAl_2Si_2O_8含量增加复合材料的致密度逐渐增加,虽然烧结温度和BaAl_2Si_2O_8含量都会对复合材料的致密度造成影响,但是BaAl_2Si_2O_8含量对复合材料致密度的影响相对高于烧结温度的影响;不同烧结温度下BaAl_2Si_2O_8/SiC复合材料都由六方BaAl_2Si_2O_8相和α-SiC相组成;相同烧结温度下SiC相形貌并没有随着BaAl_2Si_2O_8含量的增加而发生显著变化,而在相同BaAl_2Si_2O_8含量条件下升高烧结温度会使得SiC相尺寸有所长大;在烧结温度分别为1 788℃和1 888℃时复合材料的弹性模量、抗弯强度和断裂韧性都随着BaAl_2Si_2O_8含量的增加而增大,且在相同BaAl_2Si_2O_8含量条件下在烧结温度为1 888℃时复合材料的弹性模量、抗弯强度和断裂韧性都高于烧结温度为1 788℃时的复合材料。BaAl2Si2O8/SiC composites were prepared by hot pressing sintering,and the effects of sintering temperature and BaAl2Si2O8content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of BaAl2Si2O8/SiC composites were studied.The results showed that with the increase of BaAl2Si2O8content,the compactness of the composite increased gradually,although the sin tering temperature and the content of BaAl2Si2O8both would affect the density of the composites,the effect of BaAl2Si2O8con tent on the density of the composite was higher than that of the sintering temperature;BaAl2Si2O8composites were all compo sed of six phase BaAl2Si2O8andα-SiC phase at different sintering temperatures.Under the same sintering temperature,the morphology of SiC phase was not significantly changed with the increase of BaAl2Si2O8 content.Whereas under the same BaAl2Si2O8 content,the increase of sintering temperature would increase the size of SiC phase;At the sintering temperature of1788℃and1888℃respectively,the modulus of elasticity,flexural strength and fracture toughness of the composite increa sed with the increase of BaAl2Si2O8content,and at the same BaAl2Si2O8content,the modulus of elasticity,flexural strength and fracture toughness of the composite at1888℃were higher than those of the sintering temperature at1788℃.
