摘 要:为实现海藻化工废钙水的循环利用,开展了一种新型褐藻胶液钙化技术的研究,探讨了碳酸钙作为新型钙化剂的可行性。采用单因素实验和正交实验研究了碳酸钙钙化工艺中碳酸钙、干冰和氯化钙用量对褐藻酸钠产量的影响。确定优化工艺参数:取200 mL质量分数为0.2%的褐藻胶溶液,加入0.60 g碳酸钙、3 g干冰、3 m L质量分数为10%的氯化钙溶液,获得褐藻酸钠干基质量为0.323 g,此时废钙水电导率为4.25 m S/cm、余钙质量浓度为620.5 mg/L。采用氢氧化钙和碳酸钠作为脱钙剂进行废钙水的脱钙处理,最终废水中余钙质量浓度为40.02 mg/L,与原始废钙水相比钙离子质量浓度降低了93.55%。该方法不仅可以有效减少废钙水中钠离子、氯离子等的引入,同时在后续过程中脱钙后的废水可以满足冲稀水回用的要求,大大减少了水资源的消耗。For recycling calcification wastewater in seaweed chemical industry,a study on a new calcification technology was carried out to verify the feasibility of CaCO3as a new kind of calcification agent.The influences of dosages of CaCO3,dry ice and CaCl2solution on sodium alginate yield in the process of new calcification technology were investigated by single factor tests and orthogonal experiment.The optimal parameters:0.60g CaCO3,3g dry ice and3mL10%(mass fraction)CaCl2solu tion added to the200mL0.2%(mass fraction)alginate solution were confirmed,under which the optimal yield was0.323g(dry mass),and wastewater′s conductivity was4.25mS/cm and residual calcium ions mass concentration in the wastewater was620.5mg/L.Furthermore,Ca(OH)2and Na2CO3were utilized as decalcification agents in wastewater treatment,so that residual calcium ions mass concentration reached40.02mg/L.Comparing with the original wastewater,calcium ions mass concentration reduced93.55%.This technology not only can effectively avoiding binging in Na+and Cl-etc.,but also make the decalcification waste water meet the reuse requirements to reduce the water consumption.
