摘  要:随着计算机技术、检测技术的发展,氨基酸发酵数据量成几何倍数增加,传统靠人工和专家经验的决策方式,已经成为制约产业进一步发展的主要因素,以氨基酸发酵数据共享的需求为依托,引入了大数据的理念,分别从数据的获取、数据的储存、数据的分析、数据的应用和管理层次重点讨论,提出了一种基于大数据理念的氨基酸发酵数据共享平台框架。数据共享平台使数据信息得到有效的组织管理,将整个氨基酸发酵数据各松散部分紧密结合成为一个整体,保证数据在全生命周期中的安全可控,实现发酵过程数据的真正共享,对氨基酸发酵研究和应用具有重要的意义。With the development of computer technology and detection technology,the amount of amino acid fermentation data has increased geometrically.The traditional decision-making method based on artificial and expert experience has become the main factor restricting the further development of amino acid industry.In this paper,based on the demand of the amino acid fermentation data sharing,the concept of big data was introduced and the data acquisition,storage,analysis,application and management level were discussed.Then,a framework of amino acid fermentation data sharing platform based on big data concept was proposed.The data information is effectively organized and managed,and the loose parts of the whole amino acid fermentation data are closely combined into one,ensuring the safety and control of the data throughout the life cycle,which is of great importance for the research and application of amino acid fermentation.
