摘  要:初中学生正处在人生发展的关键期,打造"自尊"课堂是促进他们健全人格养成、正确发展观确立的重要环节,是和谐师生关系建立的基础。"自尊"课堂的建立,将对学生自尊感的培养、正确"三观"的确立起到至关重要的作用。这种"自尊"课堂的营造,需要师生之间共同努力,形成互尊的局面,实现共同的成长。Middle school students are in the key period of their life development.Creating self-esteem class is a crucial link to promote their sound personality formation and establishment of correct development concept and the foundation of harmonious teacher-student relationship.The establishment of self-esteem class will play a key role in cultivating students,self-esteem,and correct outlooks on the world,life and values.To create self-esteem class,joint efforts of teachers and students are required so that mutual respect and co-development can be realized.
