摘 要:目的 了解武汉市大气PM2.5中多环芳烃(PAHs)的含量、季节变化和污染来源。方法 采用自动索氏热提取-气相色谱/质谱法测定武汉市中心城区(武昌区)和工业区(青山区)两个采样点2014年7月至2015年6月内192份大气PM2.5中16种优控污染物PAHs的含量,利用主成分分析方法结合特征比值判断分析污染来源。结果 PAHs总浓度平均值51.74ng/m^3,青山区PAHs总浓度高于武昌区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全年时间内两地的PAHs浓度均与PM2.5浓度变化趋势一致。季节分布为冬季>春季>秋季>夏季,组成分布为5环>4环≈3环>6环>2环,苯并(a)芘(BaP)平均含量亦呈春冬高、夏秋低的趋势。结论 武汉市大气PM2.5中多环芳烃(PAHs)的主要污染来源:以燃煤为主的化石燃料燃烧,汽车尾气和交通污染落叶等生物质燃烧,工业生产中的焦炉挥发。Objective To study the content,seasonal variation and source of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in PM2.5 in Wuhan. Methods Content of 16 priority pollutant PAHs was detected by Automatic Soxhlet warm extraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in 196 atmospheric fine particulate matter(PM2.5)samples which were collected in central urban area(Wuchang District)and industrial area(Qingshan District)of Wuhan from July 2014 to June 2015.The Principal component analysis(PCA)combined with ratio method was used to determine the pollution sources. Results The annual average PAHs concentration was 51,,74 ng/m3,and the total PAHs concentration in Qingshan District was higher than that in Wuchang District,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0,,05).During the whole year,the PAHs concentration in both places was consistent with the change trend of PM2.5 concentration.The seasonal distribution was winter>spring>autumn>summer and the consisting of 5-ring>4-ring≈3-ring>6-ring>2 ring.The average content of benzopyrene(a)was higher in spring and winter which was lower in summer and autumn. Conclusion The main sources of pollution of PAHs in air PM2.5 in Wuhan included:combustion of fossil fuels,vehicle exhaust,biomass combustion,and coke oven.
