摘　　要：以现有的视频检测算法为基础,根据智慧交通系统的需求设计了一套车辆检测系统.该系统包括客户端模块、命名管道通信模块、特征提取模块、轨迹数据处理模块和数据库存储模块,可以实现检测跟踪道路车辆、计算目标车辆数据、汇总道路数据和查询历史信息等功能.现场测试与运行结果表明,视频车辆检测系统检测精度高,整体性能强,系统运行稳定,能够满足路政需求.Based on the existing video detection algorithms and the needs of intelligent transportation system,this paper builds a vehicle detection system which includes client module,named pipe communication module,feature extraction module,trajectory data processing module and database storage module.The system can detect and track the road vehicle,calculate the target vehicle data,collect the road data,query the history information and so on.The site test and on￣line operation demonstrate that the vehicle detection system has high detection accuracy,strong overall performance,stable system operation and can meet the requirements of road administration.
