摘 要:为了确定阔叶十大功劳叶的生物活性物质,采用有机溶剂萃取法将阔叶十大功劳叶提取物分为正己烷相、二氯甲烷相、乙酸乙酯相、正丁醇相和水相5个不同极性相态,测定不同极性溶剂提取物中总黄酮及多酚含量,分析其还原能力及对DPPH自由基的清除能力,比较十大功劳提取物不同极性溶剂提取物的抗氧化作用。结果显示:十大功劳提取物的不同极性溶剂抗氧化活性作用差异显著,其中乙酸乙酯部位提取物和正丁醇部位提取物抗氧化能力较强于其它萃取相部位。The EtOH extract of the leave ofM.bealei was suspended in H 2 O,and then sequentially Partitioned with n-Hexane,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,and n-Butanol.This research was carried out to evaluate the phenolic and flavonoid profiles,antioxidant activities of M.bealei leave.The contents of total phenolics and flavonoids results revealed that ethyl acetate and n-BuOH fraction contained high contents of total phenolics and flavonoids.The antioxidant activity of M.bealei leave was examined by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH)assay and the reducing power capacity.The free radical scavenging and ferric reducing power activities were higher for the n-BuOH fraction and ethyl acetate fraction,respectively.
