网络“三俗”文化对我国意识形态安全的影响及其对策

摘　　要：当前,网络文化充斥着"三俗"信息,其中驳杂的意识形态信息影响我国意识形态安全,它冲击集体主义价值原则、消解社会主义理想信念、挑战社会主义道德核心,只有以社会主义核心价值引领与提升网络文化,构建完善的法律和行政监管体系,强化媒体社会责任和传媒工作者的职业操守,引导网络文化需求、提高民众的媒介素养,才能治理其"三俗"现象,提升网络文化的品质,维护我国意识形态安全。At present,cyberculture is full of vulgar,kitschy and raunchy information,in which the miscellaneous ideological information affects China’s ideological security,it impacts the collectivist value principle,dispels socialist ideals and beliefs,challenges the core of socialist morality,and only leads with socialist core values.To enhance the network culture,build a sound legal and administrative supervision system,strengthen media social responsibility and the professional conduct of media workers,guide the needs of network culture,and improve the media literacy of the people,in order to manage its vulgar phenomenon and enhance the quality of cyberculture,safeguard Chinese ideological security.
