摘　　要：目的探讨凋亡相关蛋白第二个线粒体衍生的半胱天冬酶激活蛋白(SMAC)的表达与非小细胞肺癌临床特征及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测67例非小细胞肺癌患者肺癌组织及癌周肺组织中SMAC蛋白的表达水平,并分析SMAC蛋白表达与非小细胞肺癌患者临床特征和预后的关系。结果肺癌组织和癌周肺组织中SMAC蛋白的阳性表达率分别为74.6%、58.2%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);TNM分期为Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌患者肺癌组织中SMAC蛋白的阳性表达率分别高于TNM分期为Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移的患者(P﹤0.05),但不同年龄、性别、吸烟史、分化程度、肿瘤直径、组织类型和肿瘤位置非小细胞肺癌患者肺癌组织中SMAC蛋白的阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);SMAC低表达与SMAC高表达患者的3年生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论 SMAC在非小细胞肺癌患者肺癌组织中的表达水平高于癌周肺组织,且与非小细胞肺癌的发展、转移有关,但与患者的预后无关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of apoptosis associated protein SMAC and clinical features and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.Method The expression levels of SMAC protein in lung cancer tissue and peritumoral tissue specimens from67patients with non-small cell lung cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationships between the expression of SMAC and clinical features and prognosis of nonsmall cell lung cancer were analyzed.Result The positive expression rates of SMAC in lung cancer tissues and peritumoral tissues were74.6%and58.2%respectively and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of SMAC in tumor tissues of patient with III^IV stage and lymphatic metastasis were significantly higher than those in tumor tissues of patient with I^II stage and without lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference in expression level of SMAC in lung cancer tissue among patients with different age,sex,smoking history,differentiation degree,tumor size,histological type,tumor location(P>0.05).There were no significant difference in3year survival rate between patients with high and low expression levels of SMAC(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression level of SMAC in lung cancer tissue is higher than that in adjacent tissue,and it is related to the development and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer,but it has nothing to do with the prognosis of patients.
