摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺转录因子-1(TTF-1)在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其与肺腺癌患者临床特征的关系。方法回顾性分析75例肺腺癌患者的临床资料,收集术后患者的肺腺癌组织标本75例和相应的癌旁正常组织标本75例。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测肺腺癌组织和癌旁正常组织中TTF-1的表达情况,分析肺腺癌组织中TTF-1表达与肺腺癌患者临床特征的关系。结果肺腺癌组织中TTF-1的阳性表达率为77.3%,明显高于癌旁正常组织的10.7%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。中高分化、有淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅰ+Ⅱ期肺腺癌患者肺腺癌组织中TTF-1蛋白的阳性表达率均明显高于低分化、无淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期的肺腺癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);不同病灶直径、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达的肺腺癌患者肺腺癌组织中TTF-1的阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论 TTF-1在肺腺癌组织中高表达,并且与肺腺癌的发生发展关系密切,对于肺腺癌的临床诊断及病情评估具有一定的价值。Objective To investigate the expression of thyroid transcription factor-1(TTF-1)in lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with the clinical characteristics of patients.Method The clinical data of75patients with lung adenocarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively,and the75specimens of lung adenocarcinoma tissues and75specimens of paracancerous tissues were collected during the surgery.The expression of TTF-1in both of lung adenocarcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationships of TTF-1expression and the clinical characteristics were analyzed.Result The positive expression rate of TTF-1in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was77.3%,which was significantly higher than that of10.7%in the paracancerous tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of TTF-1in lung adenocarcinoma with medium/high differentiation,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage I+II were significantly higher than those in lung adenocarcinoma with low differentiation,no lymph node metastasis and TNM stage III+IV(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of TTF-1between lung adenocarcinoma with different lesion size,or different expressions of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of TTF-1is up-regulated in lung adenocarcinoma tissues,which is associated with the progression of lung adenocarcinoma and has certain reference value for clinical diagnosis and disease evaluation.
