摘 要:随着尺寸工程在汽车行业的广泛发展,3D尺寸链分析在汽车中得到越来越多的应用。然而静态的3D尺寸链分析仅适用于一般的静态装配,对于运动部件的尺寸分析非常困难。文章通过三种运动分析方法对后门与车身的DTS设计间隙进行运动分析对比,既保证了有竞争力的尺寸设计要求,又避免了运动干涉引起的功能失效风险。通过实物样车进行了尺寸测量,验证了分析结果的合理性。最后,文章对三种分析方法的优劣性与适用范围进行了总结。With the wide development of dimensional engineering in automotive industry,3D dimensional analysis has been used more and more frequently in automotive industry.However,static 3D dimensional chain analysis is only suitable for general static assembly,and it is particularly difficult for dimensional analysis of moving parts.In this paper,three movable methods are used to analyze and compare the DTS design gap between rear door and body,which not only ensures competitive dimensional design requirements but also avoids the risk of functional failure due to motion interfe-rence.The rationality of the analysis results is verified according to the dimensional measurements of the physical vehicles.The advantages and disadvantages and scope of application of the three analytical methods are described in the paper.
