摘　　要：目的:探讨生物反馈联合腹式呼吸与单纯生物反馈治疗便秘的疗效。方法:将功能性便秘患者随机分为对照组和试验组。试验组采用生物反馈联合腹式呼吸治疗,对照组采用生物反馈治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两种治疗方法均能改善患者临床症状(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈联合腹式呼吸治疗便秘的效果显著。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of biofeedback combined with abdominal breathing and simple biofeedback in the treatment of constipation.Methods:Patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group was treated with biofeedback combined with abdominal breathing,the control group was treated with biofeedback,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Result:The two treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms of patients(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of biofeedback combined with abdominal breathing in the treatment of constipation was better.
